Service with Care

  Our agency's goals and services are based on one fundamental philosophical
  principle: The belief in the innate worth of the aged and disabled individual and
  the belief that each individual, regardless of age, race, color, creed, gender,
  national origin or handicap is entitled to maximize their potiental as a human
  being and as a member of society.

  Our personnel will give personal care and companionship, provide assistance
  with activities of daily living, and ensuring the health and safety of those in our

Skilled Nursing

Therapy Services

   All patients are assigned a qualified skilled nurse
   who coordinates with all other disciplines and the physician
   in the development of the specific patient's plan of care.

   Integrity Nursing Services, Inc offers experienced and
   skilled therapists that can assist physicians and
   patients with customized programs that reduce
   pain and increase mobility, strength, flexibility,
   and function.

   We offer treatment in a variety of therapies.

  Physical Therapy
   We assist our patients in recovering and restoring
   physical abilities, maintaining maximum strength
   and endurance, and restoring musculoskeletal
   abilities.

   From arthritis, fractures, sprains, patients with
   limited mobility and unsteady gait - our therapist
   are specialized in helping the patient restore
   functional limitations, and confidence in their
   ability to ambulate.

   Occupational Therapy
  Skills include patient treatment for those impaired
  due to illness, emotional disorder, congenital,
  developmental disability, or the aging process. Our
  program combines strong employee's curriculum
  and opportunities for practical application in
  fieldwork experience.

  Speech Therapy

   Speech and language pathologist provide skilled
   clinical services through evaluation and treatment
   of a variety of communication problems resulting
   from developmental delays, accidents, disease, or
   illness.

Home Health Aides

   Under the supervision of a registered nurse, certified home
   health aides assist with the activities of daily living. Home
   Health Aides are able to assist with the following:

Light Meal Preparation

Medical Social Worker

   Medical Social Workers assist patients by searching for and
   explaining benefits, facilitate long-term planning to promote
   independence and provide opportunities to take advantage
   of a variety of community resources designed to assist with
   personal concerns.
